Freedom
of the press is basically freedom of expression of the mass media and of the
journalists. Therefore the lack of freedom of the press raises the question
whether there is freedom of expression for the rest of the public. Here I will
demonstrate the lack of freedom of expression with the consequences for two
distinguished German citizens.
I
already have mentioned Ms. Alice Schwarzer in my article here “An Insight into
the Justice of the Modern Slavery”. It turned out, however, that shortly after
the publishing of her book “Prostitution – a German Scandal”, in which she
described Germany as a paradise for pimps and human traders, she got into
trouble with the tax authorities. After she issued a self-complaint for
non-payment of taxes on the interest income from her Swiss account and paid
about EUR 200 000 in taxes, the prosecutors claim that she has not revealed all
her tax liabilities and with reference to an anonymous Swiss source they
maintained that she owes another EUR 45 000. If true this could make her
self-complaint invalid and lead to imprisonment for her. According to press
reports there is an investigation including searches in her home and offices..
Ms.
Alice Schwarzer herself has no doubts, that her problems are not accidental and
believes that they are a follow-up to her campaign against prostitution and
human trade, where the profits are in billions. There are many circumstances
that support her opinion. She got tax problems immediately after the publishing
of her book, although she had had the Swiss account since the 80ies. Tax
investigations in Germany are secret but for more than a year a press campaign
is running against Ms. Schwarzer in full gear. For the amount in question the
diligence of the prosecutors is really impressive. Much attention deserves the
anonymous Swiss source – as you know from this blog, Switzerland, like Germany,
is a slaveholder state and both states cooperate actively in the protection and
administration of the modern slavery.
Due
to lack of sufficient and reliable information, the secrecy of investigation
and the fact that it is till going on, I will abstain here from taking a
standpoint on the situation and activities of Ms. Schwarzer. But I want to
point out that Ms. Schwarzer is investigated for tax evasion after she has
exposed the very heavy and massive crime human trade, which I prefer to call
slavery, which can not exist without tax evasion and therefore tax invasion is
part of it.
The
tax machinations of the human trade
In
my article ”Germany: The Rule of Law and the Modern Slavery” I have already
concluded that the flat taxation of the prostitutes in Germany serves the
purpose to avoid tax reporting so that brothel owners, whose income comes from
the prostitutes can easily evade taxes in order to make the contributions to their powerful
patrons in the background. It was exactly thew waiver of the tax reporting
which opened the way for the extreme exploitation and the slavery in the
prostitution. It also opened the way for the redirection of the potential
enormous amounts of taxes from the state budget to the treasures of the top
decision makers. In that article I calculated that by the average income of EUR
6 000 monthly (statistically it is between
5 000 and 8 000) or EUR 72 000 the flat taxation yields a tax income of
only 3600 or 5% effective tax rate. If we accept that a prostitute books 1 000
monthly for tax deductible expenses, her income goes down to 5000 monthly or 60
000 annually. The effective tax rate for such an amount is about 30%, which
yields an average annual income of EUR 17 900 from a prostitute. This means
that the flat taxation deprives the budget of EUR 14 300 annually per
prostitute! However, these calculations do not take into account that even a
free prostitute in Germany pays a significant amount monthly to the brothel
owner for rent – at least EUR 2000.
This
leaves her with an annual taxable income of only EUR 36 000, taxable at an
effective rate of 22%. This lower tax rate however, is more than compensated by
the tax rate, which the brothel owners should pay by collecting the above
mentioned EUR 2000 from each prostitute – their average corporate tax burden
will be about 30%, however most of their personal income would be taxed at a
rate of 42% so I can take the amount of 14 300 per prostitute as a conservative
assumption for my further calculations for the tax damage, caused by the flat
taxation annually per prostitute. The formal number of the prostitutes in
Germany is 500 000 but in order be conservative I will assume that they are 400
000 only.
I multiply this number by the average amount
forgone in taxes for a prostitute – 14 300 and get that the flat taxation
deprives the German state budget by at least 5.7 billions euro annually in
taxes. In fact this amount must be bigger as it does not account for the
extreme exploitation of the sex slaves and for the solidarity tax and is based
on the assumption that the flat taxes are paid, which is not true – therefore
the two BKA officials laughed at me when I suggested to them that Jens Kottke
should be investigated for tax evasion and then explained to me that there is
no way to find out and prove the number of women having worked for him. And the
fact that the Hungarian partner of Kottke never has paid any taxes on his
income in Germany did not prevent them from saying that there was such a man,
however, there are no evidences against him for illegal activities. And I do
not know in what quality – of social worker or personally – Christel Biskop
from the social organization Kobra in Leipzig assured me, that the sex industry
in Leipzig is paying all its taxes.
The
enormous amount of 5.7 billions is the minimal amount, of which the German
people is deprived each year as this amount represents the minimal privatized
by the German establishment taxes from prostitution. I do not know whether the lawmakers
are entitled to such steps but I know that this decision is not taken “in the
name of the German people”, as it is written on the Reichstag. As you see, Ms
Schwarzer is right – Germany is also a tax paradise for pimps and human
traders. However, as these have finally to make their contributions to their powerful
backers, it turns out that in fact Germany is tax paradise for those who
actually run and control the country.
The
lawmakers who voted for the prostitution law in 2002 maintain that they did so
with the good intention to make the occupation of the prostitutes like all
other occupations. However, judging by
the fact that they did not impose standard taxation with tax reporting and even
waived the compulsory registration for prostitutes, they have never had such
intention.
I
want here to express my deep recognition and respect for Ms. Schwarzer as a
lonely but a clear voice of humanity, honesty, reason and
courage mid in the slaveholder state Germany, dominated by lies, fear and
precision guided terror. This smart and wealthy woman dared to stand up for the
poorest and most suppressed people there – the sex slaves from Eastern Europe.
The noisy accusations against her for tax evasion can not affect my respect for
her in anyway – not only because I am no in position to make a sound judgment
of these accusation, or the sum in question is not significant or the situation
might be the result of errors, or even
because everybody makes mistakes in her life but because all, including brothel
owners and members of the establishment, should also pay their taxes. And the
fact, that the tax funds are not used to pay the salaries of policemen,
prosecutors and politicians, who fight human trade but for salaries of
policemen, prosecutors and politicians, who administer and oppose human trade,
does not support the tax payment discipline.
Freedom
of expression on the example of former president Christian Wulff
The
second example relates to the forced resignation of president Christian Wulff
in February 2012. The accusations against him went back to the period when he
served as prime minister of Lower Saxony and
boiled down in general to taking personal advantages of his position and
to bribes. It is important to note that the press report in Bild-Zeitung, which
triggered the campaign against him, was declared by the competent court as law
violation. In the search of the actual reason why Mr. Wulff urgently had to
withdraw from his position, I came across his
brilliant speech “Our Europe is worth all our efforts” (“Unser Europa
muss uns alle Anstrengung wert sein”), held by the opening of the IV.
Conference of the Nobel prize winners in economics in Landau on August 24,
2011. In this speech he expresses the
opinion that the financial sector should
bear its own risks and warns, that “disparities are not accepted, when profits
are privatized while losses are nationalized”. He notes that fairness
principles are violated and the banks actually guide the state. He turns
against future debt growth and points out that the growing indebtedness will
destroy the life of the future generations.
This
speech makes evident that president Wulff opposed the essence of the current
economic policy and vital interests of the German establishment. The matter is
that without any consideration of credit risks the German banks induce with
loans potential buyers of German output, the German exporters accumulate
profits while the taxpayers cover the financial sector's losses so that the
latter can continue with the credit expansion. The reality is that this policy is fueled by corruption as as a rule
too expensive or not quite needed goods are purchased. This policy contributed
significantly to the current indebtedness and economic destruction not only of
Greece but of a number of South European countries. Because of this very aggressive policy and of the German
demands to its debtors for economic austerity and social cuts Germany got more
and more known in Europe as “The Fourth Reich”. This policy is at the
foundation of the rising European skepticism and of the eventual disintegration
of the European Union. As for Germany the short-term modest growth rates can
not justify the long-term decline trends as result of the damages inflicted to
important German trade partners.
As
you see, the powerful decision makers in Germany staged accusations against
president Christian Wulff, because he had exposed and criticized their corrupt
economic policy.
If
the president of the Federal Republic of Germany has no freedom of expression
(and holding speeches and providing an opinion is one of his major official
functions) what is the chance for the rank and file German citizens to have
such freedom? None.
More
on the purposeful manipulated accusation
The
two examples above demonstrate that nobody in Germany is allowed to oppose the
interests of this country's established. This situation is well evidenced by
numerous accusations and investigations conducted against the loyal to the law
officials in the Saxony affair. We see that this not only corrupted, but
criminal establishment, in the believe that it is entitled to commit all types
of crimes, including human trade, does not bother at all to respond to the
justified criticism of its opponents but simply prefers to use its tools of
power to destroy, in the best case, their reputation. It has learned this
tactics from its American teachers, as can be clearly seen in the campaigns
against Eliot Spitzer and Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
In
his comment to my German blog a known to me law enforcement official threatened
me “to take over the management of my reputation”. I believe “takeover of the reputation management” has
become a professional jargon for those criminal officials who implement the
punitive actions of the criminal establishment against its opponents. In this
connection I would like to discuss two other comments to my German blog
sexsklaverei.blogspot.com. Their authors
maintain that I have been a close friend to an Arabic drug dealer active in the
neighborhood in Leipzig, where I used to live. In the first of them (from March
2014) even a specific name is given. In the second (from June 2014), written by
Jens Kottke himself, he claims that he
has witnesses to my “friendship”. The facts that, first, he has witnesses for a
lie (I have never known any drug dealer in my life), and second, Kottke always
acts in close cooperation with the police authorities, point out that this
“friendship” is a careful hint for involvement in drug dealings and that the
authorities in Leipzig, consider, or
have considered, to accuse me of drug dealing in order “to take over the
management of my reputation”. Yes,criminal officials, who destroy evidences for
crimes would try with the same drive to fabricate evidences for non-existing
crimes.
The
drug trade in Leipzig is controlled by the same people and structures who also
control the human trade i.e. by the powerful backers of Jens Kottke. Therefore
I am not surprised at all that he knows at least one of the drug dealers in
Leipzig. There is no way to trade neither drugs nor women without the
protection of the authorities. Therefore in the times of GDR there were neither
drug traffic, nor human traffic in Leipzig, while now at least the latter of
them seems to flourish. When I used to read in the German press about turned
over by traffic accidents trucks, fully loaded with drugs, I used to think that
the people, to whom these expensive goods belong fear the authorities not more
than Jens Kottke himself.
Obviously
the human trader from Leipzig has forgotten that I already have exposed him for
having forced my Hungarian friend Lili to false testimonies. And how should he
remember, provided that he was never tried for this crime because the
prosecution refused to investigate my complaint? When a crime remains
unpunished, it repeats itself. But how many times, thinks Kottke, I have to expose him so that
people stop to believe his lies?
I
admit that from the very begin I had doubts, that I will be ever brought to
trial in connection with what I have written about human trade in Germany. Not because I believe that there is justice
in Germany but because the powerful and criminal top decision makers in the
country would never let the truth about the modern slavery to be documented in
a court room. Their prosecutors did not even dare to note the name and the
existence of the Hungarian partner of Jens Kottke. The BKA officials, who
allegedly did not see any crimes of his side know very well that not only he
evades taxation but also that his primary function is to force the Hungarian
sex slaves with violence to obey the orders coming from Jens Kottke.
I
believe that if ever I am brought to trial in Germany, it would be for
something having nothing to do with human trade for which the criminal official
might fabricate acceptable “evidences”.
I
want to finish this article by stressing that regardless of what happens to me,
it can not affect what has been written here about the participation of the
German authorities and of Jens Kottke in the modern slavery. The German
authorities have damaged incredibly their reputation with the protection of
Jens Kottke and of his accomplices in human trade and they inevitably will
continue doing so also further in this case.
