Further developments and key evidences for state participation in sex slavery

Before I continue my narrative I would like to start with a referrence to my first post.

As I mentioned, during my second meeting with BKA the officials told me that they knew the identity of the German woman who had told me for the violence against the Hungarian women and advised me not to rely on her testimonies. At the first meeting they had not even asked me about her identity and now it turned out that they had “asked” about her identity in Leipzig, which was a good way to discourage the woman from making testimonies. They also advised me not to complain about the interruption of my relationship with the Hungarian woman as I did not know “what she would testify”. In my information to BKA I have described a friendly SMS to me from her from the very end of our relationship. During our first meeting the BKA officials did not show any interest for the SMS like for anything that had to do with the Hungarian organisation – they did not bother to read my information, did not ask any questions about it, did not document anything, did not make any notices, did not ask me to sign anything. They, just like Fedpol, totally ignored my information except for the whereabouts of the Hungarian women I personally knew. However, on my initiative I showed this SMS to them and they noticed that the SMS proved my friendly relationship to the woman.

What I have not mentioned to you was that days before leaving Germany my cheap cell phone was stolen by a trader of second-hand furniture who visited my home in Leipzig to buy and pick-up my furniture. 15 minutes before he came I had my last phone talk and when he left I wanted to talk again and found out that it was not there. Next day I witnessed to the police but more than 8 months since than I did not get any news from them.

The only valuable item in my cheap cell phone was the SMS from my Hungarian friend.

I did not mention this development to you, first, because there was no sufficient ground to claim that my cell phone was stolen because of the SMS and, second, I did not want to signal the human traffickers on my awareness of this connection between the events.

Also for the purpose of provoking a reaction by the opposite side at the end of last December I have set up a blog in German language – sexsklaverei.blogspot.com, where like here I described my experience with sex slavery. There the German brothel owner made comments to my narrative. Most important of them was the one, in which he stated that the reason why my Hungarian friend disappeared from Leipzig was that she simply did not want me. The woman was brought from Copenhagen, where she obviously is currently exploited, to Leipzig to confirm this point to the police. This step reinforces the “advices” of the BKA officials, which taught me that the dependence of the women from their bosses was one of their strongest weapons. The German legal system by relying exclusively on the testimonies of the dependent women credits fully this dependence. Hours after the testimony the brothel owner narrated in my blog at least part of it and I realized that the woman “knew” things, she could know only from him.

The comment and actions of the brothel owner, who knows very well the SMS, means however, that he knows also very well that this SMS does not exist anymore. What he, BKA and the police in Leipzig do not know, however, is that a printout of the SMS was made in due time. Still, I wanted first to check, whether he might have problems with BKA as I had shown the SMS to the BKA officials. On February 8 I sent an e-mail to Dietmar Schmidt from BKA, asking him to take position on the issue.

Quite logically, he did not reply – any confirmation from him would be a recognition that BKA knew about forced prostitution and did not react.

For this reason I placed a new posting on my blog, where I showed the printout of the SMS. It can be seen on sexsklaverei.blogspot.com, where I give the circumstances, which caused my friend to send it to me. It proves that she was removed from Leipzig by her bosses as she had to make money for them and was not allowed to have her private life. That confirms my point that she, like almost all Hungarian women from the organisation, is a case of forced prostitution. And forced prostitution needs violence and coercion.

Being aware that Dietmar Schmidt might also not remember that he told me about having spoken with the non-existent Fedpol official Beat Humbel and having made the arrangement with him that I submit all my information to BKA, which would provide the relevant information further to Fedpol, I attached an e-mail, in which days after the BKA meeting I informed “Beat Humbel” on what Dietmar Schmidt hat told me about my future communications with the police authorities. I also attached an e-mail to BKA with swiss-specific information, showing my compliance with the instructions. The personally known by me Hungarian women I described in this mail did not return to Leipzig though the town was in their work schedules. And my friend's best friend disappeared from the brothel Villa Royal in Muenster days after I submitted my information to BKA and mentioned my intention to visit her and talk to her. Neither she nor my friend appeared in a brothel from the list, I have submitted to BKA. Evidences enough how and to what purposes BKA used my informations and for its cooperation with the human traffickers.

Worst of all is the police practice of making “inofficial” unrecorded contacts on the topic. You could see in “beat” how from the very beginning I was asked for my identity, while interest for my information was fully absent. In my German blog there is also an e-mail, showing how 4 days later Dietmar Schmidt asked me exactly the same questions, obviously eager to find out whether Vladimir, who had contacted Fedpol (no police records of him - touchable), and Guenter, who had contacted BKA through an intermediary (record of him with a third country police – relatively untouchable), were the same person. Provided the circumstances such intentions can not serve other purposes but the elimination of unwanted informants.

For those for whom the “coincidence” with the theft of my cell phone is not enough I would like to mention another “coincidence”. Just very few days after my identity became known to BKA my commission guarantee from the insurance company, which I represented, was abruptly and without any explanation or due procedure withdrawn. At least in Germany all institutions, both public and private, have to follow the demands of the human traffickers, because they have the power.
As almost all supporting materials are in German language, I have attached them only to my German blog, so whoever speaks German and would like to see them should visit the blog sexsklaverei.blogspot.com. Supporting materials make sense only in original.

Now I would like to write a few words about the comments in my German blog. I find them extremely valuable. They show realities in Germany quite different from the image of the country. And I consider them a unique confirmation of my story and my findings. Not the German woman who has not been allowed to work on her own, not the two German men who know women having fear from the brothel owner treathen with the state (I had reported to BKA also about violence against German citizens and some of the comments confirmed my information), it is the German brothel owner and his people who do it. This shows clearly where the authorities stand. Their standing is confirmed also by the several comments made, judging by the language, by German officials. With expert notions they basically tell me the same as the others do with bad words and treathen me again with the state.

There are no comments from the victims – the Hungarian women. First, for the purpose of their full control they are deprived of access to Internet, and second, they are allowed to communicate only with sanctions from their bosses. If the latter want, all Hungarian women will send me comments rebuffing my statements. This is not done yet only because informing the women, who have always been told that there is nobody to rely on and they have just to obey, that somebody supports them in the semi-public space, can have also unwanted consequences.

I find particularly valuable the following comment, made by a supporter of the brothel owner: “---the system is the problem---and not you, not me, and not Jens Kottke (the brothel owner) created that system”. It supports the major point of my narrative – human trafficking is the product of a well established powerful system comprising the state authorities. The brothel owner also confirms this point of view by writing that by questioning him I am questioning a whole system.

However, the system I am questioning, questions the very existence of our civilisation and therefore I ask you to do what you can to stop this system and its madness.
